VTEC CONTROLLER
If you find the 5.000 RPM too high, the only solution is the VTEC Controller. You can adjust the RPMs whereever you like. It starts from the 2.000 RPM bit we recomend to lower them not more than 1.000.
It is for Honda Civic 88-00 but it may fits other cars with VTEC.
